Australia and Midwest traded the lead back-and-forth on Tuesday, but eventually Australia prevailed 11-7.

Midwest watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 4-3 loss to Northwest on Saturday.

Midwest couldn't keep up with Southeast and fell 6-0 on Friday. Southeast scored four runs in the third inning. Southeast's big inning was driven by a single by Drew Fields, a wild pitch , and a double by Ashton Byars.

The 71st Little League Baseball® World Series begins on Thursday, Aug. 17, in South Williamsport, Pa. There are 16 teams, eight U.S. Region teams and eight teams from International Regions, competing for this year’s Little League Baseball World Series Championship.
