Japan had 11 hits in the game. Keitaro and Seiya each collected multiple hits for Japan. Ryusei, Seiya, Rei, and Yuya Nakajima each drove in one run to lead Japan. Japan was sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Seiya had the most chances in the field with ten.
